For my service project, my brother and I spent $7 each of our own money for a little boy who does not have much. We got a stocking from the Salvation Army. We filled the stocking with a puzzle book, candy, gloves, a wash cloth, crayons, a watch, a flashlight, a toothbrush and toothpaste, Christmas pencils, and a hat.
I felt good about it because we are giving to another person things he didn't have before. We're also showing him that we care and that we have the Christmas spirit. It feels good when I help others.
